On this day in history:
September 9th, 2002 | Two Diva feuds were combined when Trish Stratus teamed with Terri Runnels to take on Victoria and Stacy Keibler. Though she was a veteran of the wrestling business, Terri didn’t have much experience in the ring, and was definitely the match’s underdog. Trish did the heavy lifting, setting up Terri to hit Stacy with a crossbody to get the win for their team.
Oh, and if you couldn’t tell by Jerry Lawler‘s excited commentary, this was the night of the infamous “HLA” segment. Don’t Google that one, kids.
