On this day in history:

August 20th, 2001 | The Undertaker‘s wife Sara had been terrorized by DDP for what seemed like ages, from stalking her at her home to confronting her at WWE events. Finally, she had had enough, and was set to face him in a match. She gamely tried to fight him, slapping him and jabbing punches at him, but his strength was too much, and he easily overpowered her. The Undertaker, at ringside, didn’t let this go on very long, and pulled DDP out of the ring, beating him to a pulp while Sara distracted the referee. Strangely, at this point, that match hadn’t officially begun, but once Taker tossed DDP back in the ring, the opening bell was rung. When Sara immediately pinned him (in a perfect imitation of Taker’s style), she emerged not only with the victory, but with one of the quickest victories in WWE history.

What are your memories of this moment?
