December 8th, 2008 | At the 2008 Slammy Awards, Beth Phoenix was named the Diva of the Year, receiving the award from her rival Melina. Melina tried to be diplomatic, but tension between the two soon boiled over and the Divas brawled right there on the stage. Mid-fight, Santino found himself in the wrong place at the wrong time, receiving a shot to the family jewels when Melina shoved Beth into him. All the trophies in the world couldn’t help Glamarella in that moment.
