October 20th, 2002 | The feud between Women’s Champion Trish Stratus and Victoria had already ratcheted up the intensity with a steel chair shot, so when their title match at No Mercy 2002 rolled around, expectations were high. Victoria was intent on making the most of her first Pay-Per-View match, wearing down Trish outside the ring. Trish managed to escape with a narrow win, though, turning Victoria’s Stratusfaction reversal into a roll-up pin.
