On this day in history:
May 17th, 2004 | After being kidnapped by Kane two weeks prior, Lita‘s match with Trish Stratus was interrupted by the Big Red Machine, who told Lita that he needed an answer from her that night. The question? Well, that was a mystery, but a pretty easy mystery to solve when one saw the look on Kane’s face. Later that night (as seen in the second video), Lita stopped Kane from straight-up decapitating Matt Hardy and gave him the answer he wanted: yes. Kane was pleased at this and hugged her from behind, leaving no question as to what he had in mind.
