On this day in history:
February 6th, 2009 | Over a year after winning the Diva Search, Eve Torres had quite the challenge ahead of her when she made her in-ring debut against former Divas Champion Michelle McCool. Though Eve showed some fire, Michelle mainly toyed with her, forcing her to submit to a heel hook. When Michelle refused to break the hold, Maria Kanellis came to Eve’s aid, chasing off Michelle. It wasn’t a bad first impression, but still only a shade of the Eve that we would come to know.
